North Pacific Design is the architectural & engineering firm that designed Olympic Square. Influenced by other northwest urban communities, NPD used styles and amenities that have worked in many other communities, and applied the best ideas to Olympic Square.

Spinnaker Property Management, Inc. provides a comprehensive package of maintenance and accounting services to our residential and commercial building tenants and investors.  The goal of SPM is to provide facilities services, maintenance, administrative and reporting services with the utmost in customer service. 

Spinnaker is the leasing agent and community manager for Olympic Square.
